Harker Construction are proud to have won the tender from Lawrence Hannah to re-develop The Former Crown Inn, Shiptonthorpe, which is situated between York & Hull. The completed office development will be a new branch for the estate agent George F White and will include some office space for rent.

As you can see from these pictures work has started on site has and the project is running smoothly in accordance with the programme of works. We are looking forward to showcasing some more interesting pictures in our next news letter as the project continues.

Harker Construction are proud to have won the tender from Smiths Gore to perform the demolition and rebuilding of Scalby Lodge Cottage, Burniston Road, Scalby, Scarborough for The Duchy of Lancaster.
